Originally from Queens New York, at age 7, Ania moved to Florida with her mother in 1994. She has since traveled back and forth between the two places she calls home.

During her schooling years,she was very active in sports: gymnastics, cheerleading and track (her favorite). Ania was also involved in the performing arts -- taking drama classes, and starring in a play. After graduating high school in 2005, she worked a few jobs in the medical field and later enrolled in beauty school, completing an esthetics certification course in 2007.

Behind the scenes, she continued applying to different model agencies every 6 months,and was signed non-exclusively.Continuing to study, learn and observe everything she saw on FashionTV's international runways & elite fashion magazines, she hoped to add to her perspectives of the modeling craft. She soon started going to castings, getting callbacks from auditions, responses to shoot with photographers, and getting in the "loop" of the industry.The story of Gia Carangi made an impression on her as well, teaching her the good and bad possibilities that every model may face.

The women she grows to admire are figures like: Audrey Hepburn, Alicia Keys, Jada-Pinkett Smith, Eva Mendes and her favorite runway model Tanya D. (IMG model). She continues to make connections, gain experience, and meet great people through her opportunities and networking.
